Today we will perform our theater play Ritzen in Wels, to be exact at the Alter Schl8hof.

Since i´ve been on a shooting in Croatia last week i´m really getting used to live in hotels. It´s a nice alternation to be on a trip for some time…

I particularly enjoyed the train ride, i spent the two hour trip with reading the screenplay of Juno. For our first meeting of the writers group we decided to read that script since it´s from a first time author and it won the oscar right away.

I´ll post some notes on Juno later on, now it´s time to get something to eat and then rehears the play once again before the performance starts at 8 pm.

The next performance of Ritzen will be on 1st of March, 2008 - this saturday.

The pictures from the premiere are online now and if you haven´t reserved tickets yet you really should!

Until tomorrow we give away 2×2 tickets, just visit the website and probably win some free tickets.

It´s over. And it has been great!

I´ve been really edgy about the premiere, it was the first theater play i directed, but it all went really well. The performance of Christian was breathtaking, the audience gave us really nice feedback and there was not a single problem during the whole evening - better than we expected it.

One of the things i feared the most was that the author Walter Kohl wouldn´t like the play, but he did!

So our next goal is the staging on the 1st of March, let´s hope the resonance will be so well again.
